15 years in development management, with 30 million sq ft of industrial and warehousing development managed end to end. Rohan leads BuildSpace's strategic direction, spanning investments, business development, land acquisition, joint ventures, leasing and marketing, commercial strategy, and overall project management.
NITIN MUMBAIKAR
Managing Director & Chief Technical Officer
25 years across master planning, design engineering, and execution, spanning 1,500 acres and 5 million sq ft of CFS, SEZ, and port-linked infrastructure and warehousing. Nitin leads all technical and engineering functions at BuildSpace, from design engineering, technical specifications, and value engineering through construction planning, quality assurance, and project execution.
PANKAJ KAKDE
Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer
25 years in master planning, design engineering, and project management, across 2,000 acres and 3 million sq ft of CFS, SEZ, and port-linked infrastructure and warehousing. Pankaj leads design alongside finance, accounts, budgeting, commercial management, HR, administration, compliance, and corporate governance at BuildSpace.
